How the score works
Score = Likelihood × Impact. Severity bands:
- 5x5: Low (1-4), Medium (5-9), High (10-15), Critical (16-25).
- 3x3: Low (1-2), Medium (3-4), High (6-9).
This is a generic ISO 31000-style scoring. Calibrate likelihood and impact definitions to your organization — a "high" likelihood for a bank is not a "high" likelihood for a startup.
