RACI Matrix Builder
Map who is Responsible, Accountable, Consulted and Informed for each task — then let the builder catch the gaps that break a RACI chart.
100% client-side. Your matrix is held in memory only and never sent to any server. Refreshing the page clears it — export to Markdown/CSV/JSON (or save JSON and re-import later) if you need to keep it.

Matrix
Set each cell with the dropdown. On a narrow screen the grid scrolls sideways; a stacked per-task view is shown below it on phones.
Add at least one task and one role, or load the sample matrix, to get started.

What R / A / C / I mean
- R – Responsible: does the work. A task can have several Responsible roles.
- A – Accountable: owns the task and answers for the outcome. The one firm rule of RACI is exactly one Accountable per task — no more, no less.
- C – Consulted: gives input before the work is done (two-way conversation).
- I – Informed: told about progress or the result (one-way).
- S – Support (RASCI only): helps the Responsible role get the task done.
RACI is a generic project-management convention for assigning responsibility, not a legal or certification standard. Adapt the roles and tasks to how your organisation actually works.
