- 2 — Defined / Repeatable: documented, repeatable, with assigned ownership.
- 3 — Managed / Measured: performance is monitored, metrics are reviewed, exceptions are tracked.
- 4 — Optimizing: continuously improved using lessons learned and predictive indicators.
