Pick a template, set tone and length, fill the [PLACEHOLDERS], then copy or download it.

    How it works

    Use

    Search or filter by category, open a template, pick a tone and length, then click Edit to replace the highlighted [PLACEHOLDERS] before you copy or download it.

    Tone and length

    Tone changes the greeting and sign-off (Urgent also prefixes the subject). Brief keeps the first eight lines of the body; Detailed adds context, follow-up and reference sections. Changing either rebuilds the text, so do it before editing.

    Privacy

    Templates are part of this page; nothing you type leaves the browser. Favorites and recent history stay in memory unless you tick “Remember”. You can review or delete saved data under Your local data.
